My Grandmother taught me the art of enjoying, experimenting with and preparing good food. Although she taught me how to make amazing dinners and her countless cooking techniques, my personal favorite was her Chocolate Chip Cookies. My cookies, of course, have a little twist. I only use quality ingredients and the JBea Buddha (butter) is homemade, with Love, in Brooklyn.
